Efficient and sustainable use of natural resources (soil, climate of the area, water)
This covers the sustainable management/conservation of the vineyards and natural resources focusing on improved crop quality; increased plant tolerance to diseases; nutrient assimilation, translocation and use, more efficient water usage; enhanced soil fertility; decrease of fertilisers and other inputs and improved soil fertility. Furthermore this action aims at producing local products with enhanced quality attributes of the final product.
