Development of the wine tourist offer through the implementation of an operational marketing strategy for the viticulture and viniculture of Crmnica

This activity aims to create a comprehensive offer related to the tourism-oriented services available in Crmnica. Given that Crmnica is a small area, both local visitors and tourists may experience different attractions in a short period. Therefore, it is necessary to make a network of tourism service providers (restaurants owners, accommodation providers, individuals offering tourism services on Skadar Lake, adventurous tourism providers, farmers etc.), so they won’t consider each other as negative competition, but as team members that could significantly contribute to the overall income increment in he Crmnica region.
