Eco-agri-tourism combines agriculture, catering, gastronomy, and tourism in Istria, offering sustainable development and local, organic products. It increases demand for organic products and supports sustainable development. It could be adapted to wine farms using agroecological practices and offered as a tourism option in Istria County.
